Building and adapting the slides
The repository has the LaTeX Beamer source of every deck, every figure, and the R scripts that redraw the figures from data or by simulation. All references sit in one file, references.bib, so each deck’s reference list is rebuilt from it. With TeX Live 2023 or later, make builds the six handouts and make animated the versions with animations. The README has the details, and SOURCES.md records where every figure comes from.
All six decks share one look, set in common/. To change the colors of every deck, edit the four colors at the top of common/theme.tex.
